Trying to figure out what the long-term plan is. There's no real gap in the schedule to do anything of significance (ie. FIRE EAKINS) so I guess we're stuck with this for the rest of this year. Maybe 2023, but who knows? There was a guy on the STHer Facebook page who said the Ducks are going to be the worst team in league history. I was going to argue that the old Washington Caps won just 8 games and only one on the road, but then I started thinking, who are they going to beat this year? You can make the argument that every other team looks at Anaheim with ravenous eyes. Hard to believe f@cking Arizona is better than the Ducks. The Yotes are actively trying to lose.
Unfortunately, the Ducks are starting to become irrelevant to me. I'd be pissed about blowing a 2 goal lead but now I expect it. I'm more surprised when they play well for the whole game. I'll keep going to the games because my boys love it so much, but I'll be spending a lot of time with my nose in my phone.

Vertank with his BS interview sounds like that participation trophy mouthpiece wh press sec... blathering on and on with after obvious lie and expecting us fans to just swallow it like it's gospel.

The PP has looked ok recently... but 5 x 5 and the PK are still absolute tire fires and the roster decisions are even more baffling.

Give the Samueli's a break. They lose millions on the team every year and yet they re-invest in the team and the area around the Ponda. The only real flaw in them, IMO, is that they are truly a hands-off ownership group. That's why Barstool Bob was allowed to hang around forever until employees finally started calling him on the crap he was doing. The only thing that will get their attention, also IMO, is if the crowds at the Ponda start decreasing, which, much to my surprise, hasn't happened. The Zegras effect is a real thing.
